ORDER

This Writ of Mandamus has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner, in any of the existing vacancy, as Noon-meal organizer, within the limits of the 2nd respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2016, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is a widow, who lost her husband in the year 2009; she has two minor daughters to be maintained by her; she applied for the post of Noon-meal Organiser pursuant to the notification in the newspapers; the petitioner belongs to Backward Class category, which comes under the purview of rule of reservation; two vacancies are available within the limits of the 2nd respondent and the petitioner as a widow, is entitled to be considered as per the norms fixed by the Government. So stating, she has given a representation dated 27.07.2016 to the 1st respondent, requesting to appoint her as Noon-meal Organiser and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that representation was not considered. Hence, this writ petition.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that it is agreeable for the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2016 and to pass orders.

4.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequenlty, W.M.P(MD)No.15470 of 2016 is closed.
