Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.By the impugned communication, the persons concerned have only been directed to remove the artificial obstructions created in the natural stream running in Courtallam hills. No exception can be taken to the aforesaid direction. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
