ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction, directing the respondents to issue a Family Card in the name of the petitioner by considering his representation, dated 16.09.2016.

2.According to the petitioner, he is residing in Door No.197-B, Kavarayapatty, Reddiyapatti Panchayat, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District, Aathar card was also issued to him and his name is also found place in the voters' list. In the above said circumstances, he has filed an application before the second respondent/Taluk Supplies Officer, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District to issue a Ration Card on 16.09.2016. Sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, who would submit, on instructions that the petitioner's application would be considered. 4.In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application dated 16.09.2016 and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce the relevant records before the second respondent, during the enquiry.
