ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction, directing the respondents to consider the application dated 14.07.2016 for conducting survey of the petitioners' house site bearing Survey No.352/10, Patta No.3969, Vilacheri Village, Madurai West Taluk, Madurai District measuring to an extent 2193 sq.ft and transfer of patta in the name of the petitioners. 2.According to the petitioners, they are mother and daughter. They jointly purchased a house site measuring an extent of 2193 sq.ft, comprised in Re-survey No.352/10, Vilacheri https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Village, Madurai West Taluk, Madurai District on 22.10.2012 and they are residing there. Now, they have filed an application before the second respondent to measure the above property on 14.07.2016 and also paid necessary fees. Sofar, the second respondent has not taken necessary steps. Hence, they have filed the present writ petition.

3.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, who would submit, on instructions that the petitioners' application would be considered by the respondents.

4.In the above circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioners' application dated 14.07.2016, after issuing notice to the neighbouring land owners and survey the land, with reference to the petitioner's title and revenue records, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
