ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the impugned order passed by the learned II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.188 of 2023 in S.C.No.43 of 2022 dated 22.06.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial was completed and this Criminal Revision Case has been rendered infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. By taking note of the same, Crl.R.C.(MD).No.792 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.
