Pursuant to the direction of this Court in C.M.P(MD)No.10601 of 2025, dated 28.01.2026, the learned counsel for the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.1,000/-and filed a copy of the cost memo to that effect.

2. The said memo is recorded and the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, CMP(MD)No.10601 of 2025 is allowed.

Since the other petitions in CMP(MD) Nos.10602 and 10603 of 2025 are consequential in nature, the same are also allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the papers and list the matter on 17.02.2026.
