Heard both sides.

2. The amendment made to the bylaws of the petitioner society has been refused registration by the first respondent. The learned senior counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the amendment was actually not carried out and that it appears to be a case of interpolation and insertion.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after the elections are held, in the very first meeting, a fresh amendment motion will be moved on the same lines.

4. Recording the stand of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 19.07.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
