Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to disconnect the drainage connection vide Connection No. 115/056/00886 and old Connection No.115/357542 stood in the name of the 2nd respondent herein and to initiate action against the 2nd respondent herein for furnishing forged documents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2023.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to disconnect the drainage connection vide Connection No.115/056/00886 and old Connection No.115/357542 stood in the name of the 2nd respondent herein and to initiate action against the 2nd respondent herein for furnishing forged documents by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2023.

2. According to the petitioner, the second respondent by forging documents got the drainage connection in the land belongs to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent. Since no steps have been taken, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. It is seen that this is purely a civil dispute, which cannot be decided by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner shall 2/4
