ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks subdivision of the petition mentioned property. He also wants separate patta to be issued. In this regard, the petitioner has given application before the third respondent. 3.The third respondent is directed to process the petitioner's application and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
