ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 06.01.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.412 of 2023. In the said writ petition, this Court has directed the third respondent to consider the petitioner's mother's representation, dated 23.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Alleging non compliance of the said order, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the contemnor brought to the notice of the Court that a detailed order has been sent by the writ petitioner by registered post on 01.12.2023 in compliance with the order of this Court.

3. In view of the above said facts, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the writ petitioner to challenge the order, dated 01.12.2023, if he is so advised.
