ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 11.03.2026, the Director General of Police has filed an action taken report, wherein it is stated that show cause notices have already been issued to the investigating officers, namely, Elavenil, Inspector of Police; Jayapandin, Inspector of Police and R. Soundarapandian, Inspector of Police.

2. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, such compliance is hereby recorded. It is made clear that without being influenced by the earlier order of this Court, the Director General of Police may proceed in accordance with law if any error has been committed by the concerned officials.
