ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to interfere the civil dispute in respect of the property situated in D.No.17A, Lakshmipuram 1st Street, East Gate, Madurai between the petitioner and the second respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would contend that the first respondent has not interfered with the civil dispute. However, based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the matter was enquired and the same was closed on 06.09.2021 itself. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
