This Petition filed under section of 482 of Cr.P.C to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R in Crime.No.169 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ,and quash the same as against the petitioner ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.C.Jeganathan, Advocate for the Peitioner and of Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the respondents, this Court made the following order: The petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.169 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police registered for the offences under Sections 188 and 269 IPC and Section 12 of Tamil Nadu Gaming Act, 1930.

2.In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that sections 188 and 269 IPC may not attract. But however, regarding Section 12 of Gaming Act, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report has been presented before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Turicorin on 01.10.2020. 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has presented the copy application before the concerned Court and it came to be returned on 08.09.2021 stating that no final report has been filed so far.

4.Let report be called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Turicorin as to the stage of the final report that has been reported to be presented by the respondent police on 01.10.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
