ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to extend the time to furnish sureties in Cr.M.P.No.564 of 2025 in Cr.M.P.No.451 of 2025 dated 15.05.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners that due to personal reasons he could not arrange sureties and comply the conditions imposed by the trial Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Cr.M.P.No.564 of 2025 in Cr.M.P.No.451 of 2025 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
