This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing respondents to accord permission for one day token fasting on 13.11.2016 at 109 places in 19 Districts of Tamil Nadu as enclosed in our association letter dated 6.10.2016 and 26.10.2016 addressed to the first respondent.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the first respondent has already passed an order dated 05.11.2016 directing the petitioner to approach the concerned Authorities.
