2. Mr.T.Thirumurugan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this civil miscellaneous petition.

3. Since there is no objection on the part of the respondent for allowing this civil miscellaneous petition, this civil miscellaneous petition is

allowed and the delay of 205 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned, subject to the payment of a cost of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent on or before 30.12.2025.
