This petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Anbumanikandan Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K. Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate for the respondent, this court made the following Order: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore the order, made in Crl.OP(MD)No.7968 of 2021.

2. The main petition in Crl.OP(MD)No.7968 of 2021 was dismissed for default, on 12.07.2021, due to the non appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
