ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA J.) This application is filed to suspend the sentence made in SPL.S.C.No.4 of 2022, 1/3

dated 27.09.2022 on the file of Mahila Court (Session Judge), Pudukottai and enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2.This is the third application filed by the petitioner for suspension of sentence. 3.This Court earlier in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1683 of 2024 by order dated 18.07.2024 has dismissed the application and subsequently the petitioner filed another bail application and the same was also dismissed on 14.11.2024.

4. In view of the above, we do not find any change of circumstances. Hence, this petition is dismissed.

5.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the typed set of papers is made ready.
