RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in so far as appearing before the respondent daily at 10.30 AM is concerned vide order dated 29.07.2021 passed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.4869 of 2021.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.PRAHALAD RAVI.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4869 of 2021, dated 29.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 12.08.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
