No. 543/2020 on the file of the Sattur Town Police Station and to mark them as Additional evidence and thus render justice.

To allow the appeal by setting aside the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.39 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, dated 11.12.2020. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.GUNASEELAN MUTHIAH, Advocate for the petitioners and of MRS.S.MAHALAKSHMI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J) This petition is filed under Rule 75(6) of Civil Rule of Practice to call for the records of the District Manager, TASMAC, Virudhunagar District to produce the unregistered rental agreement, dated 27.02.2017 and also to call for the copy of the FIR in Cr.No.543 of 2020 on the file of the Sattur Town Police Station.

2. After hearing the counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to the contention of the respondent / plaintiff, the Inspector of Police, Sattur Town Police Station is hereby required to produce the copy of the FIR in Cr.No.543 of 2020. With regard to the remaining prayer, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application under appropriate Rule in respect of alleged unregistered rental 2/3

agreement said to have been registered in the name of the defendant with the TASMAC. The allegations and counter allegations to be decided in the main case and hence, C.M.P(MD)No.7148 of 2022 is allowed to the limited extend in respect of call for records in FIR stated above.
