2. I have perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking condonation of delay in representing the Second Appeal papers and have also heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The reasons stated for the delay in representing the Second Appeal, appears to be satisfactory and acceptable. Hence, I am inclined to condone the delay.
4. Accordingly, the delay of 286 days in representing the Second Appeal is condoned, and this petition is allowed.
5. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 17.06.2026.
