This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after taking note of the fact that the petitioner has also replied to the impugned notice, dated 14.06.2025, on 19.06.2025 to the respondent.

2. Considering the same, the respondent is directed to pass orders on merits on and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Pending such exercise, the water connection granted to the petitioner shall not be disconnected.
