ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The present petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus to produce the person or body of the detenu, who is the husband of the petitioner herein, from the illegal custody of the third respondent herein.

2. The petitioner had also given a complaint to the second respondent Police, which has been registered in Crime No.134 of 2023 as "man missing".

3. The detenu has been secured and he has now been produced before this Court by the second respondent Police.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenu herein was not with the third respondent and that the third respondent has no connection to the case at all. Even otherwise, he would submit that the securing of the detenu has also been informed to the petitioner yesterday.

5. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
