This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and police protection to conduct Kabadi Tournament by Thomas Walker Kabbadi Club at Thomas Walker School Ground, Dohnavur, Tirunelveli District, which is scheduled to be taken place on 12.08.2019 and 13.08.2019 between 07.00 pm. to 05.00 a.m. in connection with the 126th Thothira Pandigai at Christ Church of Dohnavur.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Kabadi Tournament on 12.08.2019 and 13.08.2019 in Thomas Walker School Ground, Dohnavur, Tirunelveli District, the petitioner made a representation on 01.08.2019 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
