2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have completed the investigation and filed final report as mistake of fact on 03.03.2020. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) further submits that a notice has also been issued to that extend to the petitioner/defacto complainant on 20.02.2020.
3.Since the investigation has already been completed, the purpose, for which this petition is filed, has already been fulfilled, thereby this Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
