[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] The petitioner filed this writ petition to restrain the second respondent from constructing a dust dumping yard in Survey Nos.40/4 and 40/5 situated at Theli Village, Tiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the second respondent on instructions would submit that the second respondent has dropped the proposal for construction of dust dumping yard. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In view of the above said submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. The Writ petition is

dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
