The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to sub divide the property in S.Nos.833/5, 833/8,833/9 and 840/6A situated at Madusoothanapuram South Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanniyakumari District and issue separate patta in the name of Petitioner. 2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.It is the case of the Petitioner that she got right over the subject property under registered settlement deed executed by her mother on 9.3.2025. Patta for the subject property stands in the name of Petitioner and others in Patta Nos.2706, 5752, 2430 and 8391.The Petitioner submitted an online application on 15.4.2025 seeking sub-division of the property and for issuance of separate patta in her name. 4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who 2/5

takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the Petitioner has not produced the payment receipt for sub-division charges. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Petitioner is directed to produce the receipt for payment of necessary charges before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of such payment receipt by the Petitioner, the second respondent shall consider the online application submitted by the Petitioner on 15.4.20252 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, co-pattadhars and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 10 weeks from the date of production of payment receipt by the Petitioner.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
