This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. According to the petitioner, the respondent filed a complaint before the second respondent police in respect of a dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.3 in respect of money transfer.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that on the representation of the third respondent, police have issued notice to the petitioner, however, without appearing before the police, the petitioner has approached this Court. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) further submits that in case, if the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent turned out to be a civil dispute, they will certainly advice the parties accordingly.
3. Therefore, the petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the police and on such appearance, the respondent police are directed to dispose of the representation dated 28.06.2023 within a period of two weeks thereafter. 2/4
