This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to grant adequate protection both to the person and the minibus of the petitioner and for plying his minibus bearing Registration No.TN-69B-5527, from Thingal Nagar to Chempilavilai and vice versa, by considering his complaint dated 20.10.2016 and take all such measures as may be necessary in accordance with law and procedure within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the nature of prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the

respondent is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.10.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the interested parties.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
