ORDER

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action against the mentioned persons, who are the root cause for the suicide of the petitioner's mother, by considering the representation, dated 22.07.2022. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.232 of 2022 for the offence under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., and now it is pending for post-mortem report and viscera report.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.07.2022 and to speed up the investigation and to complete the investigation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2 / 4

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
