This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to provide police protection for the petitioner's life and limb and to register a case against the third to seventh respondents on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2025, within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondents would submit that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a CSR was assigned and the case was closed after enquiry. Page No. 2 of 4

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
