Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.P.VEERAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Mr.K.RAJESHWARAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following order:- 1/4

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in Crl.OP(MD)No.9789 of 2024 dated 04.07.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a women. The second respondent cheated her on different occasions. Since the second respondent was released on anticipatory bail by this Court, there is imminent threat to the life and property of the petitioner. Hence, he prayed for allow this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complied with the condition imposed by this Court and there is no violation on the part of the petitioner with regard to any of the condition.

4. The reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner are not sufficient to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court. There is no substantial ground available for cancelling the anticipatory bail application. Unless the second respondent violates the conditions imposed on him, the anticipatory bail already granted could not be cancelled.
