ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation, in Cr.No.05 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District to that of the second respondent herein or any other Superior Authority.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that based on the compromise between the parties, the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2019, on the file of the third respondent was already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.14005 of 2020 quashed, as per the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3275 of 2021, dated 30.09.2021.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
