ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this writ petition, the respondent college has re-employed the petitioner back into service, after getting prior permission from the Joint Director of Collegiate Education, the second respondent herein, through his proceedings in Pa.Mu.No.8028/E1/2022 dated 29.07.2022. As such, the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
