ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for quashment of the First Information Report in Crime No.430 of 2021 dated 16.11.2021 pending on the file of the second respondent police station.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.263 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 323 and 324 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam.

3. Once the investigation has already been completed, the purpose for which the petitioner is filed is become infructuous. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 05.07.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No 2/4
