This petition is filed to quash the chargesheet in S.T.C.No.2289 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. 1/4

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is no more. 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner is died and the copy of the death certificate was also filed. 4.In view of the aforesaid submissions, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous and the charge against the petitioner is abated.
