ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.148 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Section 25(1B) (a) of Arms Act, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.03.2024, the first and second accused were found in possession of country made Pistol with six unused cartridge and one used cartridge without any valid license, which are procured from the petitioner. Hence the case.

3.Earlier application filed by this petitioner was dismissed by this Court on 26.06.2024, considering the nature of allegation as against him and also considering his antecedents.

4.The petitioner has moved this second application on the ground that the investigation has been completed.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has denied the same and submits that the investigation is yet to be completed.
