O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's appeal in Na.Ka.M2/29059/2016, dated 25.10.2016, within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, to correct the mistake in the UDR Scheme, the petitioner has approached the first respondent / the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District and filed an appeal on 29.08.2016. Based on that, the D.R.O. also directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry, by communication, dated 25.10.2016. Thereafter, the same is pending before the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the above circumstances, since the petitioner's appeal is pending before the first respondent for consideration, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal in Na.Ka.M2/29059/2016, dated 25.10.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
