ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to take action on the basis of the order passed by the Sub-Collector in Proceedings No.Mu.Mu.AA1-5816-2015, dated 18.04.2016, in accordance with law, within a stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, by an order, dated 18.04.2016, the Sub-Collector, Devakottai, directed the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner. But, so far, the respondent/Tahsildar, did not issue patta as per the direction. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that already patta was granted in favour of the petitioner by the respondent on 21.11.2016 and it was also uploaded in the computer and he has also produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
