Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to allow the civil revision petition by directing the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ottapidaram to dispose of the Original Suit in O.S.No.153 of 2022 (Old No.203/2018) as expeditiously as possible, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 22.07.2024 and the requisition submitted by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ottapidaram in D.No.2005/2024 dated 07.12.2024, through Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi in D.No.8550/A1/2024 dated 11.12.2024 seeking further three months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.153 of 2022, this Court made the following Order:

The learned Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi sent a letter, dated 11.12.2024 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.153 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 22.07.2024.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 11.12.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.153 of 2022. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said O.S.No.153 of 2022.
