Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide his Proceedings in SCN/1049315225/25 dated 10.06.2025 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order dated 10.06.2025 passed by the first respondent vide his Proceedings in SCN/1049315225/25.

2.With the consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission.

3.It appears that the petitioner is arrayed as the second accused in Crime No.59 of 2019 dated 19.02.2019 for offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the second respondent submits that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.68 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai. 2/4

5.Considering the same, there is no scope for giving positive direction to issue passport to the petitioner. However, it is open to the petitioner to move suitable application before the concerned Court for getting appropriate direction.

6.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
