O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to survey the land in S.No.255/2B1 to the extent of 49 cents situated at Pudukottai District and Taluk in Kavinadu Melavattam and issue a Patta to the petitioner, based on the representation, dated 05.04.2016.

2. According to the petitioner, an extent of 49 cents in Survey No. 255/2B1 situated at Pudukottai District and Taluk in Kavinadu Melavattam stands in the name of the petitioner's mother and the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent dated 05.04.2016, to survey the above said property and also paid necessary fee for the same. But, so far no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader.

4. In the above circumstances, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2016 and pass orders with regard to survey the land with the help of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Surveyor with reference to the petitioner's title within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the parties concerned.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
