O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by S.SRIMATHY, J.) The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 21.05.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.14591 of 2025.

2. This Court is satisfied with the clarifications stated in the affidavit filed by the contemnor and finds that there is no contempt as alleged by the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the First Information Report in accordance with law. If challenged, the same shall be considered uninfluenced by the dismissal of this contempt petition.
