When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have already paid the cost as directed by this Court and also filed a memo to that effect.

2.The said memo is recorded. It is evident from the records that the above steps were taken in respect of the death of the seventh respondent; however, notice was not issued to the proposed respondents 8 to 12.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the papers and after amendment, send notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 12.01.2026. Private notice is also permitted.

4.Post the matter on 12.01.2026.
