2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that after investigation the respondent police has closed the case as ' Action Dropped ' and notice also sent to the defacto complainant.

3. In view of the fact that already negative report was filed , this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
