The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a petition by invoking the provisions under Criminal Procedure Code. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a proper application before the appropriate forum by invoking the provisions under Criminal Procedure Code. No costs.
