Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.224 of 2019, within a time frame fixed by this Court and file charge sheet in accordance with law.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.224 of 2019 is pending without filing the final report till date.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor prays three months time for filing Final Report.
5. Considering the submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the Final Report in Crime No.224 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
