Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 19.01.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in R.O.C.No.956/2012 Mines and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to quarry in the patta land comprised in Survey Nos. 147/1(P) 148/2A2 148/2B2 148/2C2 149/1B at Uthapapanaikanur Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District by issuing necessary transport permit.
