Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10794 of 2021 dated 16.08.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to pandemic situation, the petitioner could not arrange sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8313 of 2021 ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 16.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10794 of 2021.
