This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to return the petitioner's passport bearing No.H62155939. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 16.07.2019.. 3.In reply, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2019, would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Central Government Standing Counsel, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2019 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
